Order Processing Time
After your payment has been verified, orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using DHL, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the items purchased.

- Transit time: 5–12 business days
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 7–15 business days (processing + transit) from the date your order is placed
Delivery times are estimates based on past orders and are provided for reference only. They may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or carrier delays, which are outside our control.

Remote area surcharge: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other remote locations may be subject to an additional remote area shipping fee. If you're in one of these areas, please contact our support team for a shipping quote before placing your order. There are no hidden fees.
Countries / Regions We Ship To
We ship worldwide, except to destinations restricted by U.S. sanctions and export law — currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to a few days after shipment for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Orders With Multiple Items
We make every effort to deliver all items in your order together. However, because different products may ship via different carriers or from different locations, items may arrive separately. You will receive a shipment notification email for each package as it is dispatched.
If You Don't Receive Your Package
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team (see below) so we can investigate with the carrier.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 10 days of placing your order, please contact our support team and we will check the status for you.
BleeqUp is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Changing Your Delivery Address
To make sure your order reaches you, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
