This policy explains how to request returns, refunds, exchanges, repairs, and warranty service for BleeqUp products. Please read it before requesting after-sales service. If anything is unclear, our after-sales team is happy to help.

1. Purpose & Scope
This policy standardizes after-sales services — returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty — for products purchased through BleeqUp's authorized sales channels, so that customers receive clear and consistent support.
2. Definitions & Applicable Products
In this policy, "we," "us," and "BleeqUp" refer to FutureBleep Technology Limited and its affiliated subsidiaries. "You" refers to the final consumer who purchases BleeqUp products, excluding dealers or resellers who purchase for resale.
This policy applies to products purchased through BleeqUp's authorized sales channels. For products bought on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, AliExpress) or from authorized dealers, the return, refund, and exchange terms of that platform or seller apply — please contact them directly.
3. Returns & Refunds
For products purchased on the official BleeqUp website, you may request a return and refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date (or the purchase date on your proof of purchase, whichever is later), with valid proof of purchase such as the original receipt or invoice.
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, you may return the product provided it is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all accessories and gifts included. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Defective or damaged products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact our after-sales team within the same 30-day window. We will cover the return shipping cost.
How your refund is issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the original purchase price. Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
If the returned product was purchased as part of a bundle discount, we may adjust or cancel the related discount during the refund process.
How to start a return
- Email support@bleequp.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm your eligibility and provide a return authorization and the return shipping address.
- Pack the complete set (product, original packaging, all accessories and gifts) with your proof of purchase, and ship it to the address provided within seven (7) calendar days of confirmation, with shipping prepaid.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund as described above.
3.1 Return Conditions
- Valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- The product, packaging, labels, accessories, and any gifts must be intact, complete, and free of tampering or alteration.
- Returns must be sent to the address we provide, with shipping prepaid.
3.2 Situations Not Eligible for Return & Refund
- No valid proof of purchase, or signs of tampering or alteration.
- Change-of-mind requests made more than 30 calendar days after delivery (defective-product claims follow the warranty terms below).
- The product, packaging, accessories, gifts, or manual are incomplete or not intact.
- Change-of-mind returns where the product has been used or shows signs of wear. This does not apply to genuine defects — defective items remain eligible even if used.
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the official instructions, as confirmed by inspection.
- Failure to ship the returned item within 7 calendar days after the return is confirmed.
4. Exchanges
For products purchased on the official BleeqUp website with a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date (or purchase date, whichever is later). We cover the shipping cost for the replacement. After inspection, you will receive a new product of the same model and specifications.
4.1 Exchange Conditions
- Provide valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
- Return the complete set, properly packaged, with labels and markings free of tampering or alteration.
4.2 Situations Not Eligible for Exchange
- No valid proof of purchase, or signs of tampering or alteration.
- Requests made more than 30 calendar days after delivery.
- Damaged or incomplete outer packaging or manual.
- No quality issue found after inspection.
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the official instructions.
- Failure to ship within 7 calendar days after confirmation.
5. Warranty & Repair
BleeqUp provides a one (1) year free warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears within the warranty period, contact our after-sales team or an authorized dealer; after the quality issue is verified, you can apply for free warranty repair.
6. Warranty Period
The warranty begins on the purchase date shown on your proof of purchase, or the delivery date if later. For a replaced product, the warranty starts from the replacement date (valid replacement proof required). Repaired or replaced parts are warranted for three (3) months from the repair/replacement date, or the remainder of the original product warranty, whichever is longer.
7.1 Not Covered by Free Warranty (Paid Repair Available)
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
- Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
- Defects found after the warranty period has expired.
- Damage caused by disassembly by the customer or an unauthorized third party.
7.2 Repair Costs
On receiving a product for repair, our repair center inspects it to determine warranty coverage. If the defect is covered, we cover inspection, materials, labor, and shipping. For damage caused by misuse or outside warranty coverage, you pay the repair fee, parts cost, and one-way shipping. If you cancel a repair for an out-of-warranty item, you are responsible for round-trip shipping.
8. Accessories
For BleeqUp accessories, if within 30 days of receipt you find discrepancies, damage, missing items, or quality issues not caused by misuse — and can provide proof — you may request a return or exchange through our after-sales team. After verification, you will be eligible for return or exchange.
9. Important Notes
- Please inspect your package on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and have the courier return it. If you authorize delivery without signing in person, any resulting loss or damage is your responsibility.
- If the outer packaging is intact but the product inside is damaged due to logistics, contact our after-sales team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
- If you provide an incorrect address or refuse delivery, any resulting loss is borne by you. Undelivered or refused return shipments may incur storage fees; items unclaimed for more than 30 calendar days may be disposed of at our discretion.
- Before sending a product for repair, remove personal items and decorations (stickers, paint, etc.). We are not responsible for loss of these items.
- Do not return severely damaged batteries (damaged, swollen, or leaking cells); such batteries will be disposed of.
- Only products purchased from BleeqUp or its authorized dealers are eligible for service under this policy.
10. Governing Law & Contact
If any term of this policy conflicts with applicable national or local consumer-protection law, that law prevails, and nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
