Wearing & Comfort

The nose pads are three-axis adjustable. Adjust their shape so the distance between the glasses' crossbar and your forehead is less than one finger width, then check whether it improves.

Some helmet designs may interfere with the temples or the internal adjustment strap. Try a different helmet, or put the glasses on gently from below the ears so the temples rest outside the helmet's adjustment strap.

It pauses music, stops and saves video, and powers off automatically based on whether you are wearing the glasses. After removal, music pauses immediately, recording stops after 5 minutes, and the glasses power off after 15 minutes.

The glasses will no longer save power based on wearing status. Remember to power off manually.

Binding & Connection

Check that the Status LED inside the glasses is flashing blue (if not, long-press the buttons on both temples for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode), that the glasses are on and have power, that the phone is within 1.5 m, and that Bluetooth is enabled. Then tap "Refresh" in the search list.

The device is bound to another account. Perform a factory reset: long-press both temple buttons for 10 seconds until the internal Status LED flashes yellow, then long-press the Capture button for 5 seconds until it glows solid yellow. The glasses restart automatically and the LED flashes white; once it stops, try binding again.

Check that your phone number or email is entered correctly, that the code is not in your spam/junk folder, and that you have a stable network connection. Avoid requesting too many codes in a short time, wait a moment, and try again. If you still don't receive it, contact us at support@bleequp.com.

Scenario 1 — your phone has a VPN enabled; temporarily disable it and re-enable it after the transfer is complete. Scenario 2 — Google phones may auto-switch the glasses' Wi-Fi to another network; disconnect other connected networks in Wi-Fi settings. Scenario 3 — on Huawei phones, disable "WLAN+" in More WLAN Settings. Scenario 4 — on Samsung phones, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset WLAN.

Not unless you unbind them first or perform a factory reset. You can unbind in the app (Settings > Device Management > Unbind), or log in on another phone with the same account.

Audio & Calls

Make sure an audio app is running in the background, then take off and re-wear the glasses and try again after hearing the wearing prompt.

Enable Cycling Mode in Settings > Sound Effects. Note that this increases speaker gain and may slightly reduce music quality.

Check whether the microphone ports on the frame are blocked by dirt or debris. If the problem persists, contact us at support@bleequp.com.

This is wearing-detection behavior. Adjust the nose pads or disable Wearing Detection in Settings.

Sweat may have entered through the speaker mesh during exercise. Wipe the speaker mesh with a tissue and let it sit overnight — it should return to normal. If the issue persists, contact the sales platform's customer service.

On some phones, answering via the phone routes audio to the phone. Use the glasses' touch function to answer calls directly.

Ranger App, Care & Troubleshooting

Power & Battery

For first-time use, attach the magnetic charging cable to the right temple to activate power-on. Afterwards, single-click the Intercom Mute button or Capture button to power on (takes about 40–50 s). After a forced shutdown, connect the charging cable to power on.

Long-press the left temple's Intercom Mute button for 5 seconds to power off. To restart, power off, then single-click the Intercom Mute or Capture button. For a forced shutdown, long-press the left temple for 15 seconds (the LED flashes red a second time).

Check that the Magnetic Charging Wire is attached in the correct direction. If the glasses haven't been used for a long time, the battery may be undercharged — charge for 3–5 minutes, then power on.

For first-time use, connect the charging cable to activate power-on. If the battery is fully depleted, charge the glasses before powering on. If you have another compatible charging cable (such as the one from Power Plus), try it to rule out a cable fault. If it still won't power on, long-press the left temple button, then reconnect the charging cable and try again.

To save power, the glasses power off after 15 minutes of not being worn. Users with narrower heads may be detected as "not wearing." Adjust the nose pads, or disable Wearing Detection in Settings. Note: with it off, remember to power off manually.

About 1 hour of continuous recording (up to 5 hours with Power Plus), about 8 hours of music (up to 48 hours with Power Plus), about 40 hours of standby, and about 20 hours of typical use.

Check whether the glasses are turning on by themselves (e.g., inside the case), whether any app is running in the background, and whether the firmware is up to date. For reference, when powered off at 100%, the battery drops to 0% in about 17 days.

Yes, they can be carried on board and do not need to be checked.

Video & Photo

You'll hear a recording start prompt, and both the internal and external Capture LEDs flash white. The glasses also remind you at intervals (customizable in Settings > Video Settings).

This is the wearing-detection behavior. Users with narrower heads may be detected as "not wearing." Adjust the nose pads, or disable Wearing Detection in Settings.

Try restarting the glasses: long-press the left temple for 5 seconds to power off, then single-click to power on. If the issue persists, check that the firmware is up to date. If it still can't be resolved, contact support.

Check whether your phone has a VPN enabled (disable it temporarily), pull down on the album page to refresh, or check the Google/Huawei/Samsung Wi-Fi restrictions described in "Unable to connect to Wi-Fi" above.

High-frame-rate modes (1080p 60fps, 3K 30fps, 3K 60fps) are currently available on iOS (iPhone 14 or later, iOS 18.7.5 or above). Android support is targeted by the end of 2026.

Taking a photo takes about 1.5 seconds. Try to keep your head still until the photo prompt sound ends.

Highlights & Data Overlay

AI Highlights are extracted automatically after a ride; Manual Marks let you tag personalized moments at any time by single-clicking the Capture button while recording.

Use it with the app's cycling record function. Before your activity, start a cycling record, then stop it at the end — the app presents highlight clips in Activity > Cycling Album > Cycling Highlights.

For AI Generate Clip, tap the "AI Generate Clip" button on an activity card, or the "AI" icon in Album > Cycling Highlights. For Manually Generate Clip, open Album > Manual Marks and tap the last button in the bottom right.

Most social platforms have upload duration limits, so a 1-minute clip is easier to publish.

Start a cycling record before riding, record video during it, then select the activity and tap "AI Generate Clip" (the dashboard is added automatically). To overlay a specific video, select it in Album and tap "Data Overlay." A 10-minute video takes about 10 minutes to process.

The video was recorded without an active cycling record, or the sensor device failed to connect.

Intercom, Sensors & Navigation

One user starts a cycling record and opens "Intercom Channel" > "My Channel." Other app users within 10 km can see the channel and join to start the intercom.

Your partners only need the app to join. If you can't hear others, turn up the volume, confirm you've joined the channel, and make sure "Mute All" is off. Music pauses automatically when you enter the intercom.

Watches/wristbands that support heart-rate broadcasting, heart-rate chest straps, cadence sensors, and power meters. (Cycling computer support is under development.)

Make sure the sensor is powered on and not occupied by another phone. Cadence sensors and power meters need the crank rotated to activate. Watches may disconnect if heart-rate push and cycling record run at the same time — keep only the push active.

Both can record highlights, but destination navigation also identifies "cornering" highlights based on your route.

Yes, it re-plans automatically. (Route import is under development.)

Device Care

Yes. During high-power tasks like recording and file transfer, the temples may become slightly warm.

Remove the glasses when downloading more than 1 hour of video, avoid direct sunlight or enclosed high-temperature environments, and resume use after the temperature returns to normal.

The camera may not have finished loading — wait for power-on to complete. If it persists, long-press the left temple for 5 seconds to power off, then single-click to power on and try again.

Try restarting (long-press the left temple for 5 seconds to power off, then power on). If only one button is affected, note which one and whether the issue is intermittent. If the problem persists, contact support for repair or replacement.

In some cases a system anomaly causes speaker noise and stops music. The glasses restart automatically and can be used again afterwards.

For an abnormal state that can't be recovered by a normal restart, long-press the left temple for 15 seconds to force shutdown, then connect the glasses to power to turn them on.

Go to Settings > Firmware Version. If an update is available, keep the glasses and phone close, keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on, and charge the glasses during the upgrade. Click "Upgrade Firmware," keep the app in the foreground, and click "Join Wi-Fi" when prompted to transfer the firmware.

Make sure the battery is at least 30% (charging recommended), the phone's network is normal, and the glasses and phone are within 1.5 m. A normal upgrade completes within about 10 minutes.

Yes. Watch the tutorial video for the correct method.

Follow the tutorial video and apply the correct angle and force. If a clip is stuck or a lens gets scratched while removing it, contact support for after-sales help.

If the lens is damaged on arrival, report it to support within 24 hours. If a lens breaks during normal use without impact, contact support for evaluation. Please note that lenses are not covered by the 1-year limited warranty.

Yes. Purchase photochromic lenses on the sales platform.
