Check that the CR2032 cell has enough power, is installed with the correct polarity, and that the battery cover is securely closed. Also confirm the glasses are powered on and the Controller is paired in the app.

Long-press the power button to turn the Controller off, then press any button to turn it back on and try again. Also check the battery, battery polarity, whether the glasses are powered on, and whether the Controller is paired in the app.

Make sure both devices are powered on, within 1 meter of each other, and in pairing mode. On the glasses, press and hold the Intercom Mute button and Capture button for 5 seconds until the internal Status LED flashes blue. On the Controller, press and hold the Intercom Mute button and Capture button for 5 seconds until the Status Indicator LED flashes green.

The Controller may disconnect if it is too far from the glasses or if there is Bluetooth signal interference. It reconnects automatically, and powers off after about 2 minutes of disconnection to save power. Keep the Controller close to the glasses and reduce Bluetooth interference where possible.

Confirm the glasses are powered on and the Controller is successfully paired in the app. If pairing failed, repeat the pairing steps above.

A brief delay can happen at higher riding speeds or when there is Bluetooth interference. Keep the Controller close to the glasses, reduce nearby Bluetooth interference, and make sure the firmware and app are up to date. If the Controller disconnects entirely, it reconnects automatically — see the disconnection steps above.
