Check that Power Plus is sufficiently charged, that the Magnetic Charging Wire is correctly connected to the charging port on the temple of the glasses, and press the Power Plus button once to wake it up.

Check whether the charging pins (pogo-pins) are sunken or damaged, and whether the cable is corroded, rusted, or the insulation is separating from the magnetic connector. If the connection is intermittent, clean the contacts and reconnect the cable. If the cable or contacts are physically damaged, contact us at support@bleequp.com to have a replacement cable sent — spare cables can also be purchased separately.
